Finally after much procrastination.. An entry after the arrival of Princess Chloe!

Princess Chloe has arrived!
My Precious Ger Chloe Chen Wanxuan joined our family
on the 2nd September 2009 at 11 02 hours. At birth, she weighed 2725gms and 48cm in length.

These are just some of the photos taken few days after her birth.. anyway in case u're interested to know.. here's my Birth Story...

01/09/2009 6.40am: Bloody show when peeing. dunno to call gynae / admission to Mt A straight.. Hb say no pain juz wait & observe. 8.30am: Decided to call gynae & was asked to go down to his clinic at Gleneagles. Went shower & headed to clinic w my mum. 10.10am: Reached clinic. Pee test, CTG monitor on bb's heartrate & contractions. Another Strep b test & VE examinations. Dilated 1cm. Water level lower at rate 8. Gynae suggest induction n to chk into Mt A straight or wait till 12mn if wan to save on a day's room fee. Decided to hv lunch then admission straight. 1.30pm: reached mt A n headed straight to delivery suite. Changed into robe, liquid medication for poo poo applied. Insert tablet to soften cervix opening. Strapped to CTG again. 5pm: Transferred to deluxe ward to rest. 8.15pm: Intense contractions suddenly started at 5 mins interval. VE done by nurse only dilated 1.5cm. 9pm: Transferred back to delivery suite again to use pain relief laughing gas. 11pm - 3am: More intensed contractions, asked for other pain relief method. Injected 2 jabs on buttocks for me to sleep.. but doesn't lessen pain at all. 9am: Finally saw gynae, VE at 2cm dilation. BB heartrate got lower at each intense contractions, water bag broke by gynae & headed for emergency C sect, requested for epidural n anaesthethist came within 5 mins. Applied epidural n lots of nurses came into rm to help.. Transferred to another bed n pushed to OT. 10.45am: Anaesthethist increased dosage of epidural. Felt Gynae jab many jabs on tummy. Lots of pushing n tugging at tummy area.. can stl feel little pain. 02/09/2009 11.02am: Heard princess loud n active cries. Burst into tears myself.. princess was placed on my chest for awhile.. then taken to weigh n bath. Anaesthethist gv some sleeping med for me to sleep while gynae stitched my wound n delivered placenta. Pushed to observation area cos felt breathless n dried throat unable to swallow saliva n shivered damn lots due to epidural. Can't drink water also.. only by droplets. 12pm: Pushed to temporary double bedded rm as single n deluxe wards all full.. 03/09/09: Expect to b changed to single or deluxe ward. Was on drip w painkiller thereafter, unable to start bfing bb ger due to whole body numbness frm epidural. Princess was on formula. Expected to try bfing the following day. Total took 21 hrs for princess to make her grand entrance. but alls worth while.. though expect to c huge bills upon discharge. Hubby called mine a COMBO cos i had laughing gas + 2 jabs on butt/thighs + epidural + mine was a emergency c-sec thus all these made up COMBO. lol.. hope tis birth story not tt boring to u all.

Some ppl said c-sec stay is 4d3n but i was discharged on the 3rd day as my package only 3 days for c-sec.. n my gynae made me get out of my bed to try walking n going to the toilet on the 2nd day. Tell u it's damn painful lo
the journey from my bed to the toilet was like The Great Wall of China, that long! On the day i was discharged, the journey from my ward to the nursery was even longer.. I walked like neverending..

Anyway, am unable to bf her so had to resort to pumping all the milk out and bottlefeed instead. Hubby had to go buy a $388.00 Medela Electric pump on the day i discharged so that i could start pumping milk for Chloe to drink..

OH BTW, thanks to all those who visited me & Chloe when i was in the hospital. Ppl like Ah huiz n Soo engz.. Sharon Jie n Chris.. and also the other Sharon, JAn, Siqi n Hamie..

Shall post more photos when i hv the time to.. nowadays its totally lack of sleep.. and this will last forever now.. plus my parents might be heading back to perth after my confinement.. which means it's going to be just HB, Chloe and I...and i had to look after her on my own then.. which also means tougher jobs ahead.. persevere!!!

A Letter to My Precious.

Dear Princess,

Finally we're going to meet you in probably a couple of days time, after a whole of 9 months in my tummy.

From the day you made your existance known, till now at 37 weeks and 2 days, you've been a good girl to me. For the morning sickness, glad it was a mild one where I did not actually puke anything out. Minus the two times of fainting spells..other than that all went well. I certainly did not treat you that well, just think of all the late mahjong nights and late breakfasts, I am so guilty of those!!

There were of course all the hectic preparations 外婆 & I did, like washing of all your lovely clothes and getting your new wardrobes. 外婆 & 外公 came back specially from Perth for you. They cleaned and tidied the whole house.. wiped your little bed and packed our studied room to convert to your future princess room.

Of course there's one very important person I must mention..it's your JD Papa. He has been very hardworking at work, despite his health issues lately, just to provide you with the best that we could. Daddy also dolled up your room with all the cute wall decals, which he found the pasting process was harder then his RT. Though JD Papa didn't say out, but I know he's been looking forward to your arrival as much as I do.

Your 婆婆,公公 & 曾祖母 are also anxiously waiting for your arrival, all the yummy Bird Nest and tonics they made me eat hopefully all went to you as well. As I ate.. you grew and grew till i could feel your little movements in me.. sometimes quite painful but its definitely very amazing and unforgetable. Every night when i sleep and look at your little cotbed, I would wonder to myself when will I be seeing you in person..and what will you be like? Would you be more like Me or more like JD Papa?

I guessed most importantly, I just hope that you will be HEALTHY & BRIGHT! Nothing is more important now that you've entered our lives. You've given JD Papa & I a new direction and goals to look forward to. Please endure and be as strong as ur JD Papa and tahan all the way okie precious?!?! We've come this far le.. let's just work hard together for our better future!!!

So looking forward to see you..Love ya lots.

My Brave Attempt on Chnging my New Mobile!

Yeap.. I got myself a new mobile.. This time its the HP IPAQ 912c.. best of all, it was delivered to my doorstep.. without me having to go out to get it. The convenient of Online Shopping.

I think it's oredi quite sleek n nice.. but.. I just made it look nicer than before.. I BLINGED it!
Here's my Halfway done phone.

Then my Completed one.. but for now.. it's only the back of the phone done.. I'm planning to do up the front as well.. wait till i top up my collection of crystals.

What do u think of it? Well, it's sort of my virgin attempt afterall.. to chng the whole phone.. new phone somemore.. I must be out of my mind!!!

Before u agree, I chnged my mum's phone too. Here's her design.. her concept. It's stl under completion cos I ran out of crystals.. I'm going to get them soon.

So lately I've been busy playing mj n chnging phones.. and also playing FB games as well.. I've grown a little sick of RC le.. dunno why.. I thk i might just leave it as it is..

I dun mind too.. since i'm like free for the next one month.. hopefully my ger ger princess dun come out too early.. I'm like only due on 4 Sept.. there's like a month plus more to go.. you know how ridiculous they charge outside for this chnging n blinging service? Betw $288 - $488 .. mostly $1 per crystal... damn ex lo.. I noe becos I actually wanted to bring it outside to let them bling my phone.. but after enquiring the prices.. I backed out.. cos it's simply too ex.. I'm glad I managed to do up quite professionally. Okie.. enuff of it..

I'm going to read up a new book I bought today on Breastfeeding.. before i sleep.. Am super tired.. tummy is like aching.. Nites.

I know the blog was dead for awhile.. cos i was busy getting ready for the arrival of Baby Chloe..all the buying..cleaning..washing. So now I finally have a little time to rest.. before she pops out in a couple of weeks times. I shall try to stay home and rest myself mentally and physically from now on.

Anyway, I managed to find the wardrobe that i wanted to get for Chloe. Called up a couple of furniture shops to enquire..most were selling them at 200+ bucks.. damn ex lor. In the end decided to go down to Sungei Kadut side to try my luck.. and boy i must say I AM LUCKY.. not only was I able to find wat i almost wanted.. but at a cheaper price too! Happi Happi!

Yeah I bought two.. they are similar.. but they cost different price lo.. reason being one has a little scratch while the other one is perfectly good. and these two cost just 120 bucks.. and for just 20 bucks more they delivered it for me. So I'm glad.. and Chloe's too.

Just look at the barangs on top of the little wardrobes.. all the stuff I got prepared for her arrival..and ya.. my maternity bag is packed. It's like so fat lo.. I think i am oredi very good le.. at least i nv bring luggage bag lo.. hahaha! and in case u're wondering what's the froggie doing there.. it's the night lamp i got to place beside Chloe's Bed. So cute rite? It's 3 bucks nia.. hehe~

Okie here's how the inside of the two wardrobe looks.. Chloe has alot of stuff le.. hee~ mostly hand-me-downs. My relatives and sis-in-law has been relli kind to hand me lots of stuff. So in a way we get to save quite abit le.

On to another note, the other day went to attend a cousin's ROM and saw the decor on their dining table.. it was held at home... quite nice rite?

The little gift we got for them.. Precious Moments Long Pillow / Cushion. I like it alot lo.. but din get one for myself...

And I have another cousin going to hold his customary wedding on the 18th July..banquet's at Marriott Hotel. I specially went to find a dress for the wedding dinner.. cos my tummy's big now and I relli dun hv any proper outfit for dinner that fits now.

Isit nice? The dress is 62 bucks and the shoes is 31 bucks.. i like lo..

Few weeks back we rented a space at a Flea Market at Yew Tee. The rental was quite cheap at ten bucks.. but the crowd wasnt tt good.. but its a good experience after all.. we sold 50+bucks in total. All second-hand stuff which I dun intend to bring them back home with me le.. so I just sold to a low of even 1 buck at the end. Maybe becos ppl saw me Preggie.. and gave me priority.. that's why business was ok as compared to the rest of the stall. They asked, " you pregnant stl come ar? The Sun is so hot.. go home and rest la." haha~ Thanks....how nice.

Yeah Finally!!! I've collected all the coke glasses~ I've got two complete set.. one for my bro and one for myself.. and got alot of spare colours! Something accomplished!

Organized a BBQ at West Coast Park some weeks back.. it was sort of like a gathering for Hubby's pals from secondary school..Partners invited thingy.. and since we're all MJ kakis.. we pretty much oredi know each other le.. didnt take much fotos anyway. Just some crap shots..

The BBQ was supposed to start at 8pm but they were all late!! Hubby n I reached the pit like 8.15pm and there weren't anyone at the pit..Worse stl, the food and utensils were not there too.. so we cant start setting up of pits. To make things even worst, our pits were occupied by the BBQ goers next pit. Our neighbouring pit was like some company gathering but its those who employ ah nehs foreign workers one.. so u can imagine how many rowdy ah nehs there were and they were all drinking n talkin loudly. One of them even sat on the table i placed my huge water bottle and HE KNOCKED DOWN MY WATER BOTTLE lo.. it nearly hit my tummy and Hubby got so angry that he just screams vulgarities at the ah neh.. n that drunk ah neh was like blur blur one..then his other ah neh frens just kept apologising.

The other neighbouring pit was some Indonesian students.. and they were like playing games n guitars..not some but in fact i thk there was abt 60 of them bah.. so u can imagine how noisy lo. All the pits there were booked and they were all BBQing and hving fun when our pit was like so empty with no actions going on.. soon the frens came at 9pm and we started BBQing but u noe wat?! The rest of the pits packed and ended before it was even 11pm lo.. and so eventually we were the only pit there BBQing and we had the park to ourselves.. So we ate and drank and played cards n dice games.. till 2am then we were all tired.. cos it was a Fri nite and they all came from work. Overall, it was fun la.. except tt two pals didnt turn up.. otherwise it was nice. I guess out next gathering would be on my BB shower bah.. end of the year.

The following afternoon at 1pm, they all came over our place for mj again.. haha.. its like not enuff sleep lo.. but we're all gamblers.. Lol` and we were supposed to go over to my aunt's place for Potluck dinner. I played like one whole round and started to prepare my Roast Potatoes contribution when one kakis came to take over. In the end, I went over on my own, Hubby sponsored cab fare and I showered and left on my own while they were all stl playing mj at my place.

I reached my aunt's place club house and saw that most of my relatives were there le. Went up to my aunt's place and saw the lovely BB LeAnn. She has grown so fast... her features had changed.. and she looks more like her mummy now. Soon we started dinner and finally! I got to taste chilli crab.. haha not the crab meat though.. just the sauce is good enuff.. I was told to stay away from crab meat till i deliver. The beehoon was yummy.. I had three bowls lo.

After tt, I packed some food back for Hubby and Shu Shu Kok gave me a ride home..while the rest of the relatives went up to Aunt's place for some mj n cards session.

Went to IMM to shop and walk walk alone on my own yesterday. Wanted to go check out if the Wardrobe we wanted to get for Chloe stl has stock.. SAD TO SAY!!! It has been out of stock for the past 2 mths.. how how how peeps?!!! Please help me to look around and see if u can find something similar.. i mean i'm sure the design is somewhat common.. but just when i needed it now.. it's nowhere available. Will some kind souls pls help me to keep a lookout? It's somethg like tis.. the left side door opens to be the hanging compartment whereas the right side 3 smaller compartment doors opens sideway.. colourful but colour may varies..and its about 3/4 my height.. please let me noe if u see anywhere selling tis ok? Relli appreciate!

Anyway, got some consolation buys at Giant for Chloe, since I didnt see her wardrobe. I was so happy lo... initially i thot these were going for 4.99bucks each.. and i took four diff colours cos they were all so nice.. like what i'd buy for myself to wear.. and they were so mini! i couldn't resist so i prepared myself to pay 20 bucks for them..went to the cashier to pay and got a shock to see how come she only charged me 10 bucks for these and a floormat and 6 pcs of table cloth. Just paid and walked off to see the recept showing 4.99bucks for 3pcs per set.. and she din even count hw many pcs i took lo.. she just assumed i took 3 pcs.. so the 4th pc was FOC! haha..

These were bought sometime back at Bugis. Also cute rite? Damn cheap lo..1+ bucks each nia..

So far Chloe's Wardrobe only consists of all these..wait for maternal grandma to come back first.. then can go shopping le.

I got tis pouch from Mini Toons at IMM ytd, cos Hubby said my purse stinks..so i got myself a new one..nice rite? Got Mini Toons VIP card so got discount somemore.. I am going to get the kids playmat bumper from Mini Toons as well.

Bought tis from Precious Thots..its like only 12.90 bucks and i'm planning to use it for my hospital stay and maybe Chloe's diaper bag.

It says Island Princess and it has a waterproof layer internally.

Most imptantly, it has a huge compartment which i can put alot of barangs.

Okay..tt's the end of tis post.. blog more sometime again.

The weather is so warm today!!!

I am nuahing at home.. as usual.. woke up at near 12noon today. Had 4 pcs of corn cream bread and a glass of full cream milk for my BF at noon time.. hahaa. It's like 2.24pm now.. and i've yet to grab my lunchie for today. My throat hasnt been feeling tt good lately.. it's irritating and dry.. and i dunno wat to get for lunchie cos my throat feels sucky.. whatever i pour in also taste like shit.

Anyway, I've been hooked on tis FB game called Restaurant City.. but i thk i might get sick of it eventually.. it's only becos im slackin at hm.. doing nothing except bits of housework at times.

I hv been thking of going shopping and walk walk lately.. but dunno where to go.. u noe it feels like I hv plenty of freedom now.. but 2-3 mths later.. I will lose all my freedom le.. in exchange for our precious Chloe. Which is why i've been wanting to go shopping for now.. while i stl can. I've been to the Iluma at Bugis le.. nothing much.. and they hv tis scary super long escalator.. I vow nv to take again.. which idiot created such a not safe super long n high escalator lo.. Where's the safety check?? I thk sooner or later sure will kena accident one. Time to rest n buy Lunch..blog later.

My Latest Possession! A MaMa's Favourite!

It's Tuesday..how was your weekend? Well, mine went on pretty well.. played MJ from 12mn till 6am on Saturday morning.. yeah.. u din see wrongly.. its 12mn till 6am. I know i shdnt cos of bb.. but its not an always thingy u noe? Saturday slept at 6 plus am till 1pm then headed for my usual gynae visit.

In case you dunno yet, we're having a Princess!!!

Ahem, here's announcing her name.. *drum rolls please* Chloe Chen~ It's Princess Chloe.. well as at 2nd May, she weighs 513gms.. but according to gynae, she is pian to the small side.. so i hv to eat more.. even more junk food.. n i am to try to eat durian also.. cos its like a tried n tested thingy. My next gynae visit is on 30th May.. so i shall eat more now and see wat doc says then. Anyway Chloe's weight now is just an estimation.. and according to this chart.. She's average bah.

After our usual gynae visit, hubby n i went to Ikea Alexandra for a walk.. afew things we need to get from there.. but we prolly need to borrow lorry from my uncle then can get bah..cos the items are all big n bulky.. we had our dinner there at the cafeteria.. I had the usual meatballs n hubby had Nasi Bryani.. the nasi bryani damn nice lo.. i like the rice.. its so fragrant. After Ikea we went to Queenstown Shopping to jalan jalan too.. so happy there cos Hubby's so sweet.. he got me what I've been eyeing for a long time!

He got me a pair of Crocs Malindi.

Well, let me tell u.. this pair is super comfy.. i went into a Crocs store like 5 times just to see if i shd buy.. cos its not cheap to me.. but its super comfy lo.. so suitable for me now.. cos my tummy is weighing alot n my legs are gettin more tired each day.. so i really need a comfy shoe nw.. and hubby knew i wanted tt shoe so much.. so he said," You want? You want I buy for you lo.." It's been like so long since i last heard those out of his mouth. Actually it was between the Malindi

and their newest collection Olivia.

But Olivia is not as comfy as Malindi.. my main purpose was comfort.. so I chose Malindi instead..and sad to say they dun hv the Ballerina pink my size. So I ended up with Silver..stl as nice la..

Ooh and I'm so looking forward to my parents return trip.. they are arriving on 30th May.. after that we can start preparing for baby's arrival together. Aren't you all excited?!

These were taken so long time ago .. when Kelvin Didi came over to my house one day and we decided to bake somethg..I thk tis is a Chiffon Cake.. I cant remember.. and these were the messy utensils.

tis was our failed first attempt.. it doesnt look tt bad but trust me.. its bad enuff.

*it failed cos the weighing machine failed us*

but our Never-Say-Die Attitude drove us to attempt once more! I thk this time round i did more lo.. cos Didi was busy watching drama.. hahaha.. didi hor!!!

yeah i noe.. abit burnt on top.. but it taste quite like a cake.. so we're quite pleased..

After which, Sharon Jie came over n we ordered Canadian Pizza for dinner.. seriously.. i dun like Canadian Pizza after tt.. cos it doesnt taste tt nice.. I prefer Pizza Hut. Dun mind paying more next time.. just dun let give me Canadian Pizza again.

Anyway, it was MJ session thereafter again..

Okie yah, so what we lack now is the iMac which i'd love to get my hands on one.. it's only a matter of time.. and maybe the MacTV. Maybe..

Finally our Precious' Lovely Cotbed arrived!! Look at the huge box right next to our MJ table.. heng it's Free Delivery n Installation.. if nt.. how to fix?!

Seriously when we bought at the Taka Baby Fair.. it didnt look tt big.. but when it was placed in our room next to our oredi big King Sized Bed.. it looked as big lo..

Came with a free Fibrelux mattress and also a 5-pcs bedding set with Diaper Changer Organizer.

Tis is our first Major Buy for our precious.. its totally not cheap.. SGD359.00 ..usual was a hundred more.. SGD459.00. Anyway, Must say Thank you to Precious Grandpa n Grandma cos they sponsored for tis!

Went for the first SMH September MTBs gathering at PS Cafe Cartel the other day. Happy to see all the mommies as we compared our tummy size.. one of the mommies having 龙凤胎.. how good rite?? One shot gao tim everythg.. but Im happy to be having Our Precious le.. one must not be too greedy and ask for too much u noe.. I am blessed...

A friend recently came over to our place for MJ and she said I stl look the same as before.. meaning i might be having a girl girl.. hee.. seriously.. i also think i didnt change much ever since i found out tt i was preggie..

Before I discovered, I indeed put on alot of weight.. cos i felt flabby.. but after knowing i was preggy, i seemed to hv slimmed down alot also..the last time i weighed myself was at my last gynae visit and i weighed 46.6kg, which means so far i've gained only like 4.6kg. According to my gynae, I shd add on abt 10 kg and shd weigh abt 52kg like tt when i deliver..

Except for the Hairy Tummy, I dun get alot of spots or fats.. not sure for 3rd tri onwards, cos apparently, 3rd Tri is like the time when Our Precious will develop and grow alot more faster and then i might balloon u noe..

Anyway up till now, the gender of Our Precious is stl unknown cos Our Precious is a shy baby who giaps the legs tight tight every time we tried to scan for gender. My detailed scan is scheduled on the 29th April at NUH ADC and only till then we might noe. Well if u ask me what's my take on the gender now, I dunno how to answer u also, cos I dunno how to tell the shape of my tummy.. although we've been dreaming abt boys, yes both hubby n i dreamt, but for all u noe dreams might be the opposite of reality. We shall see...

All thanks to the contest held by Nuffnang we get our chance to watch the preview of Confessions of a Shopaholic tomorrow evening at Plaza Singapura!

It's been like damn long since I've last stepped into the cinema theatres to catch a movie.. with hubby too.. so this morning after finding out the good news.. i called hubby and told him we get to watch free movie tmr lo.. he sounded happy.

So looking forward to tomorrow evening.. =)

And being a Shopaholic like Friend A (left anonymously unknown cos' she reads blogs too.. u noe just in case)

She is just one who simply couldnt resist the thought of spending $$$ even in this time of recession..and not to mention her "sense of accomplishment" when she gets her hands on her so called 战利品.

She's a lady with no income.. YET you can name her from LVs -> GUCCIs -> BURBERRYs -> PRADAs -> MIU MIUs or what have you?!

Once she gets her eyes laid on something, you'll start hearing some whinings & see this poor lad's burnt pockets!

Friend A's even hook on travelling! You let her knows your 门路 to cheap airfares? You'll see her next packing her bags with her bare hands..

The most ultimate part is when Friend A walked into a Rolex watch boutique with her other pal and decided to buy a particular model, the CC (credit card in case u dunno) declines and her poor pal has to offer to pay half for her.. and she walked out of the shop (after purchasing the watch with the help of her pal), stormed off to find her other pal & rants abt wanting to jump off a building just becos' the CC declined in a Rolex boutique.. and apparently it's shameful for a Shopaholic..

The most recent THING? she bought was a small condo unit as it's like IN TREND if u noe what i mean! and she bought it the first time she step into the showroom apartment mind you! I'd hv reconsider n gone thru some sleepless nites just to think if i shd get an apartment~

So what's next for her? I wouldnt know, simply because a Shopaholic doesnt stop! Else she wouldn't be called tt afterall!

With its beautiful climate and the friendly culture, topped with some really facinating spots like Fremantle, Swan Valley and Rottnest Island (just to name a few), there are just simply too many activities to do in this state.

Besides the usual Zoo visits at Perth Zoo, exploring the thousands of sea creatures in the oceanarium at The Aquarium of Western Australia and enjoying the 30 different rides at the fun-filled Adventure Park, the dare-devil in you can also opt to go for the exciting Parasailing at Mill Point.

There are also lots of other outdoor activities, like Surfing at the various beaches along the coast or Cycling around rivers on the cycleways (Perth has a large number of cycleways btw) and tour the city in a safe and fun way.

One would definitely enjoy their stay in Perth with all the reccommended sights, and also the Shopping I've not mentioned! That will surely make your Perth trip worthwhile.

What's really worth mentioning is what I'd missed the most and would absolutely, beyond any doubt, experience over and over again.

The tranquility I find in Perth - Western Australia. The white beaches, the lovely waters, the secluded forests and the natural being of nature.

This is what I love and this is what us humans seek in life - Serenity.

This is the type of experience I pursue, a perfect contrast to the fast-paced world we lived in.

It's the first day of March 2009.. A Brand New Month..

The Pioneer Station is in Service! Finally!!!

and i took my first ride (if you don't count the Open House Ride to Joo Koon Station) to Jurong East from Pioneer Station cos we wanted to go IMM.

Hubby is so happy cos he can finally take train straight from Pioneer Station right to Bugis!! He doesnt need to take the feeder bus from our place to Boon Lay Station anymore.. and perhaps he gets to sit all the way to Bugis.. and not squeeze with the morning crowd at Boon Lay Station.. you noe how crazy it is in the past???!?!?!

Anyway I am happy abt it as well, cos Hubby can reach home earlier then from now.. He doesnt have to spend extra time on bus waiting.. haha!

When my bb arrives.. i probably can bring bb out on mrt rides more often.. thats only if bb is older..

Look how time flies, its oredi the 11th day of Lunar New Year. How was your CNY celebrations? While mine was a rather boring one.. somehow the CNY this year felt really quiet with a little Lion Dance Sounds.

Most of the people I know started work like on 初三. Hubby started work on 初八 instead.. Ceraph and Cheyenne went back with my parents on 初五 so now the house is back to its quiet moment again.

I am like alone at home for most of the days now. Doing a little chores here and there.. also trying to pack the study room..for the arrival of my bb in time to come.. I mean I stl havent get the bb stuff yet..cos i was told that i should only get them like when I'm in my 7th month. So now i can only try to clear as much as possible.

Anyway, Ceraph started to go to school le.

Its CNY Eve today.. how fast?

The kiddos are going back next friday.. i am sure going to miss their laughters n cries, how ceraph likes to run ard my house n how cheyenne loves to sing and dance.

I noe i definitely had taken them for granted and its going to be a little too late cos time is running out.

The next time I get to see them, they might hv grown up and not wanting to play with me anymore.

I love them so much.. I will cherish the next few days that we'll spend together..

Hey HO.. ITs a BRand NEw YEar.. LAo Niang's been quite busy with the notti boy n notti girl.. but relli happy to see them.. just let the photos do the talking..

Ok..just to sidetrack a little.. LAo Niang is relli going to be a Niang soon..hahaha. yesh expecting and tt also explains why i hvnt been blogging for awhile..cos the bb is giving me quite a hard time..and i need to rest. Went to see this gynae at this clinic at Boon Lay MRT..he's from Gleneagles - Dr John Yam. He's not very old and he's quite approachable.. charges are norm i shd say..and he gave me this folder on my first visit for my very first scan.

and in it are couple of brochures for the various delivery hospital. I am stl deciding on which to go cos they are all pte ones..meaning its going to be quite ex.. but I am actually quite keen on Gleneagles.

Anyway, here's my ultrasound scan taken on my first visit to the gynae.. its actually stl very early but due to my constant aching pain.. i hv to scan to see the condition of the bb. I mean the whole thing was only discovered after i went to a GP and did a PT..so a first scan is definitely neccessary.

Okay... as u can see..alrite u cant see the words i indicated but nvm, let me explain.. the smaller circle shows my rather small waterbag which was then only 4mm.. the larger circle shows a cyst..u can see how big diff it is.. Yeah according to the doc..the cyst is normal n quite usual for preggies. It supposed to be hormones in it and its not advisable to remove as removing it might cause miscarriage.

and this taken a week later.. can see a big diff in the small circle.. waterbag grew tremendously n can see bb le..can see a little blink blink heartbeat.. Life is amazing!!

My next scheduled scan is on the 24th Jan rite b4 CNY.. bout one more week to go.. and i am in my first trimester now..going thru the aching pain due the the cyst or the growing uterus and also the all -day sickness, instead of the morning sickness. Shall update more as I go along my new journey of being mummy

Ahaaa.... it's bout 5 days more before my two dearies arrive at the airport.. miss them so much.. naughty boy got himself a new monk hairdo while lovely sweet cheyenne is stl as adorable..hope they remember this 姑姑. I'm kind of like busy lately, packing, cleaning and stocking up my home with toys & food for their arrival.

Anyway, I got myself a new hairdo as well.. that makes it even harder for the kids to remember me. What do you think?? How do I look? The pix is blurred on purpose cos I looked haggard..

Hahaha to welcome the arrival of the kids, there's also a new playground next to our block.

Sorry for the lack of updates.. cos over the long weekends...Went to Shin Bar on Fri Nite.. Played MJ on Sat Nite.. Had Steamboat with Ben Vincent Jan with BF & my Hubby at our place..Monday was Spring cleaning day..after lunch started to wash the dishes and wash extra lots of clothes..hung the clothings as well, swept the floor, packed my study room & walk-in wardrobe with piles of clothes to be fold, pack the dining area..basically it was a busy weekend for me.

Yeah, the title says it all. I bought some swavroski crystals and epoxy glue from Beadtle Sweet shop at JP..it's a total of close to 50 bucks lor.

Actually i bought quite abit of crystals la..cos I scared not enuff..indeed it's stl not very enuff for the entire phone ahahaha..maybe it's cheaper to get those push cart ppl to do it for me..might be cheaper in the end.

Nevertheless, My halfway there masterpiece - Zhnging of my HTC Touch!

What do I mean by Its a ITs ITs World?!

I actually mean The Whole World is moving around the word 'Technology' or vice versa. Be it at home or out.

When I was young, I remember having only a set of TV and a set of radio sitting in our 3-room flat's living room. We did not hv PC neither do we own any mobile phones. As we grew older, the number of IT stuff that we have started increasing. And now, I hv TVs, HI-FIs and other IT gadgets multiplied by 3s. We shd now all hv LCD/Plasmas, DVD players, cordless phones, PCs/Notebooks etc. seating somewhere at home now.

Some fortunate folks might even hv like projectors hanging from ceilings, or couple of gaming consoles too.

For myself, I dun think I'm tat gadget/IT person..the term definitely suits hubby more. Though, I must admit, I am a mobile phone person. I like changing phones..till hubby nags..

However, I am now considering getting a Gaming Console for my family.

Nintendo Wii

(also been thinkin abt a new hp SE 980 la!!)

Super Tired lo.. knocked off at 7pm today.. then met up with hubby at jp for dinner at delifrance..got myself a new bag..gorgeous to me..shall bring it to work tmr..

Caught the F1 race on 5 last nite..it was amazing.. was at bugis last friday..heard the voomvoom sound of the Racing car when they were familiarizing the tracks. It was the closest i could get to F1.. Its damn nice lor..the sound..so exciting!

I find the first runner up quite cute..Nico Rosberg hahaha. Nv a fan of F1Race.

I better go iron my pants for tmr. It's like 12.15am now..after which got to sleep. Nitez peeps!

I am super tired now..but stl awake cos it's Late Saturday Nite/Early Sunday morning. I just didnt want to sleep early tonight cos I finally can get to sleep in late later!! Sunday is the only day for me to do that as I am on a five and a half day work week.

Cabbed to work on Sat Morning cos decided to sleep a little longer..and I allowed myself to wash up slowly and take my own sweet time to prepare for work on Sats. Cos usually, Mon - Fri, I leave for work with Hubby at the same time which also means i hv to rush like crazy. We will take the bus to Boon Lay Int together, then there after he'd take the train while i'll just walk to office.

Celebrated fellow colleague Olive's birthday yesterday. Ordered KFC n PizzaHut food for Lunch..hope i can claim back from company's petty cash. Got her a bag from Bugis too. Hope she likes it.

Went to Vivocity earlier with Hubby for some window shopping.. it's like my second official visit to Vivo cos my previous trips were all only passing by n not shopping at all. It was also Hubby's first official visit there too. We only reached there at 6 plus in the evening cos I had work two hour plus of free labour on Sat...argh!!! I only reached home at 2plus pm...then hubby took a nap till 5pm and we then decided to go to Vivo for a walk.

Saw a couple of stuff which i intended to buy.. maybe i will redeem some vouchers first..then use them to buy some stuff.

My Birthday's in another two months time.. am thinking of wat to get for my birthday. Hubby said there's no budget but no mobile phone!!! But guess wat, the only thing on my mind now is a Sony Ericsson W980 phone...That's my most wanted for now! W/O contract it costs 600 plus. Other than that, was thinking of getting a new game set. PS3 Xbox 360 Wii...which one? But I'm not exactly a gaming person leh..I scared i will just dump it aside after like a few plays. Or this Rattan Swing Chair that costs like 500 bucks. Abit not worth it leh..according to hubby.

He's not one whom i'd die to meet..not to that extend but the craziest thing I'd probably would do is to go through the hot sun in the thick racing suit and seat right next to him to experience the super racing speed in one of the Formula one race. Its like sitting on a roller coaster ride.. damn exciting!

Else, I might form my group of Babes-Only Cheerleading Team to cheer for him at the race.

Really full from a heavy dinner. Hubby and I had Zi Char nearby our place..Had this yummy Indonesian Style Curry Fish Head, Pai Gu Wang and BB Kai Lan..just the two of us. I Love Curry Fish Head!!!! It's simply appetizing!!! I will nv get sick of it. Went to walk at the nearby Flea Market cos we simply ate too much.. and now, back at home watching the latest version of THE MUMMY! and of course surfing the net as we speak. No mahjong session today as one of the kakis had to go for a family dinner. Hopefully there'll be a session tmr.

Yeah..like i've mentioned in my earlier entry..my new toy is finally here!

The box is damn small lor.. even hubby's little 4 yr old niece can carry it ezily. Btw, the delivery dept is so crazy..i was at work when they called at noon time and just said that they will deliver it betw 3pm - 6pm the same day. Siao peeps..where got so last minute one. Argh..but at least they stl managed to deliver it to my in-laws place instead.

The external is quite nice.. it's very light lor..

The base of the notebook is like damn hot after abt an hour of usage. Dunno if its the norm. Anyway, I bought a cheap pink mouse for myself..hee..

Am rather unwell lately..went to see company doc..but shd i stl not be able to recover from it..i probably need to do a lab test which won't be covered by company..and it costs 100bucks like tat..

lately been thinking abt doing some pre-pregnancy test on myself...just in case.. i mean..who doesnt want the future bb to grow up healthy and strong rite? so it's definitely better to do the pre-preggy test soon..it costs abt 70bucks for the usual checks.

I want to be healthy...so to conceive a healthy bb!

Let me elaborate on the above.

I'm sure some of you read my previous post on a free premium from my broadband renewal. Apparently I'm supposed to go down to collect the premium yesterday (after like waiting patiently for 1 month plus when I was told initially before sign-up 7 days after rec'd of Redemption Letter I would be able to collect my premium)

So it was like after the long wait that I eagerly rush down to Funan from work to go collect the freebie..they close at 7pm mah..and i knock off at 6pm. When I reached Funan..I took the lift up to the level where the Redemption area was and to my horror.. it was jam packed with ppl.. and so i thought maybe there was a sale going on..like 'Lelong Lelong'. I walked closer to see and TO MY DISMAY (meaning I am not happy at all), they were all waiting to collect the same piece of freebie.

Well if you read today's TNP, theres an article on it..and the photo was taken at 7.30pm and there's stl a whole lotsa peeps waiting and waiting and waiting.

Seriously, how much time does one spend on waiting in his whole life?

From Baby..you wait for milky time..Toddy.. you wait for Mummy & Daddy to bring you out to play.. Teens..you wait for lessons & exams & results..Young Adults..you wait for GF/BF and finally you're an Adult and you hv to wait for more damn things.. meaning you hv alot more things to do now and shldn't be spending your precious time to wait for something like this. Cos IN THE FIRST DAMN PLACE, they promised and SAD TO SAY unable to deliver the promise.

Seriously at that point of time I wanted to cancel the whole damn renewal thingy cos they failed to deliver wat they promised. Quote from someone TNP interviewed ytd, you ought to know how many custs you've secured therefore shouldnt you be prepared for it in the first place and not waste your 'SO CALLED PRECIOUS CUSTS' PRECIOUS TIME?!!!! Bloody hell..makes my blood boil man!

To make it worst..my calls to the respective broadband company were un-answered! It just kept ringing n ringing n ringing like some calls to hell which were nv meant to be answered. Up till now I've yet to get hold of any SUAY CSOs (I call them suay cos they will kena my hoohah man!). Hubby said they dun dare to answer any calls now cos they know they sure will kena shite from alot of ppl one.

I was so angry cos I couldnt get the freebie & also couldn't squeeze thru the "sardines" of ppl to register myself for some free home delivery thingy..that I got so hungry and went down to Delifrance for YUmmY Beef Spagetti and Iced Lemon Tea to cool myself down. Hubby heard of the news and came down to join me where I brought him up to the Level again to check on the crowd. He enquired on his own but only to get the same disappointment. We settled for dinner at KFC/TacoBell/PizzaHut where I treated Hubby to H&C Wings while I ate Taco Supreme then we cabbed back home.

Chked on emails back home to discover an email from the Broadband co.. Apologise for the inconvenience caused..as a token they are going to top up with another shopping voucher. KNS. If you ask me, I'd say not enough..definitely not enough to appease my boiling blood. I shall call the CSOs again till i get hold of them and BLAH all my HooHahs on them then they will give me more thgs. WAhahahahahah!

Back to square one. WAIT. All I can do is wait. Till August. Hai...........

btw I was told from the Redemption Centre today that if I opt for Home Delivery of the Premium, I cant get the shopping voucher..If I opt for the Shopping voucher, I am not eligible for the home delivery thingy.. Meeting at boardroom today.. Left for work at 7.15am cos meeting was at 8.30am and it's a Every Thurs thingy..Free Mac was delivered as breakfast while we sat thru the meeting till almost 11am.

After tt, sat in the boardroom to hv a word with my associate director. Lack of confidence but..but he injected a 强心针 and I'm grateful to hv a boss like him..will hang on there for his sake.

The girl i'm replacing will leave soon..tmr will be her last day..I'll be dead on Monday I guess..am on my own! They will help me out..I hope..they promised!

Anyway, It's Friday tmr..last work day for the week..I'm going to enjoy my weekends from now on. Love Friday! Friday! Friday!

Met up with Brenda few days back to chill..headed to

The Cannery @ Clarke Quay.

Sat down at The Coffee Club for some snacks cum dinner. Had Classic Caesars with Teriyaki Chicken & some Fish Nuggets along with a glass of Iced Passion Tea. After which went walked around The Cannery cos we couldnt decide on which drinking place to settle down at. Eventually we went to Kandi Bar. It's like 8pm only lor..so early..damn empty the place. In fact we were like the only customer there. Had a glass of red wine and she decided to go alcohol-free that night..her choice was my recommendation.. Shirley Temple Mocktail. We only sat down till like 9 plus then we decided to leave...haha just when the night was abt to get happening usually. We're both commited now..both married women so definitely more family-oriented. =)

The same night I had to head back home early cos Hubby hasnt had dinner yet and i was supposed to pack some food back for him..so before i headed home, i went to pack the Western Food from the 24-hr coffeeshop down our place.

Surprisingly and unexpectedly, the young lady at the Western food stall, who was always attending to me, asked me where I went to get my hair permed, after some secret talk with her younger brother. Apparently she has been eyeing on my hair for quite sometime, comtemplating whether to get hers done the same. She said she love my permed hair..and asked if its ez to manage all that. Makes me wonder if they have always been observing me discreetly.

Seriously, my permed hair can hv good & bad hair days as well.. sometimes even i proceed with my daily method will produce different results to it. Maybe becos I used to be having straight hair..and permed hair seemed more suitable for me thats why even coffeeshop ppl take notice of me.. or maybe i thk too much?!?! hahaha anyway i went back home that nite to search online for that salon details for the young lady (I am nice you even if i dun know u) and i brought it down to her that very same night. She was like so happy. Hubby asked if I got any free western food when i went back home hahaha..He think too much too..hahaha!

In any case you like my hair too, though I'm not endorsed by them (hahaha!), you might want to know that I got it done at: X'pect Studio located at Far East Plaza, 14 Scotts Road #02-22 S(228213) T: 6736 1022 and the promo package with I took was Ceramic Perm Package @ $188.00. I thk i will go back there to hv my hair highlighted...sometime soon bah hopefully.

Anyway I got myself a notebook for notes taking on my new job..which is starting on Monday.. and a small bottle of Gucci Envy Me to bring along. I love that scent though i know its been quite sometime out in the market le. Its nv too late rite?

Met up with Szehui, Kelvin & SooEng for Ten Promises To My Dog at Tiong Bahru Plaza last week. The movie was relli touching and definitely woke me up on the responsibilities and commitments on hving a dog as a pet. I now know that i am definitely not one who'll ever be ready for dogs. I cant tolerate the day it'll ever leave me.. I am not ready for that. I can't imagine the day if Honey (the dog who's in Perth with my bro..it migrated there with Bro in case u dun noe) ever leaves me..I will definitely buy a tix to Perth immediately to see her one last time... Bear in mind a dog only leaves abt ten human years...I asked Mummy recently on how long has Honey been with our family..she said abt 6 yrs..meaning we hv abt another 4 yrs with each other.. and that we shd treasure the days that we hv left. Miss her so much..

I am waiting for the VCD to be out..am so going to send it over to my bro..I'm sure he will like this movie. Bro has very good heart..he adopted two stray dogs..Honey from a puppy and the nearly died Mikki. WE ALL cried when watching this movie..in fact I thk most of those who caught this cried.

Before we met up at Tiong Bahru, Huiz & I went to Bishan Sakae Sushi for late lunch..I'm in love with their Tempura Ice Cream. I know it look gross here..but it tastes fanstastic!

Went to Jurong Point earlier, initially wanted to watch Red Cliff with Aunt Chris & Uncle David but its like so packed for all the time slots so Aunt Chris decided to give it a miss. Hubby & I decided to watch HellBoy 2 instead..We bought the tix for 12.10am show when we were there like 6pm?! We were kind of like sick of JP so we took a free shuttle bus to IMM where we saw a TVB drama marathon on-going..and guess who was there as a participant? We saw Diya from Project Superstar 2. Saw Carrie too i think shes there to support Diya bah. They were supposed to stand in this small square and watch TVB Dramas for like a few days? I wouldnt do it no matter how much i like TVB dramas. Not for me. Thk the grand prize is a 42" PLASMA TV.

We went to FISH & CO. for dinner. Had seafood platter & my Favourite Garlic & Lemon Mussels. Delicious! Hubby has been relli sweet and nice to me lately.. allowing me to eat my favourite.. and accompanying me to movies.. I love times like this with him!!!

and guess wat i saw while dining?!?! This lazy cat rite outside the glass panel. It wasnt there anymore after we finished our meal. Maybe it was it's turn to get hungry when we aint anymore!

Bought myself a hp accessory. Some bling bling hearts!

Isnt it nice?? Blue skins & Blue bling bling Hearts! When i change the phone skin to pink..i will go get the pink bling bling hearts. I'm sure it'll be as nice.

Caught this over the weekend.

Well, I rate this 7.5/10. Cos of Will Smith's superhero coolness.. The BOMbastic effects.. and the surprise Charlize Theron I'm-Also-One-Of-You scenes. It's a rather unexpected..who would've thot she was one of them! The show was rather short..considering the simple-yet-like-not-much-plot outline. Superhero just saves the day when random cases of accidents & robberies happened out of nowhere! Worth watching for the Bullet-Proof Will Smith. ☆☆☆

There's just so many movies released (plus the fact that movie tickets is 10 bucks now for weekends) that I relli dun hv time to watch all of them lor.

My next must watch: The Dark Knight

Don't you just find Christian Bale gorgeous?! It's another superhero thingy.. there's simply too much Marvel going on now.. Hulk, Spidey, Iron Man etc..

There only got Smart guys & Pretty Babes.. Pantry is nice too! Got Nescafe kopi machines and like a few conference rooms lor. I Like!

Give me a nice nice place to work in and I will add it to MY ANOTHER REASON TO STAY List!

I went to Ikea to grab my "regrets" but...i lost. Hahaha..it's completely sold out! Damn! Theres only another colour left. I dun relli like that colour cos its a little too dull, neither do i fancy other remaining designs. I just kept flipping n flipping the remains hoping to find a miracle. I did managed to find another treasure though. First i could only see 4 piles on top of the rack..but discovered another pile hidden at the bottom behind some huge paintings so i dug n dug..and discovered this treasure..its the one n only piece left! I didnt see it on the 4 piles on top..! *So grateful for this consolation!*

Well, it certainly doesnt feel that nice from the aboved look.. but i was stl excited to see how it will look like on my wall.. i hv a feeling that this piece of wall right beside the TV console & the Surf & Tea Corner is the puurrrrfffeeeccttt place to put all this. We did the testing testing thing... tried out some different style..before executing the final design.

Hubby did all the pasting cos of my sweaty palms.

Cosy Corner...Can I?

I have been trying to work on a cosy corner for my home..seriously it's not easy lor. First, it was space..very limited space for my living room. I wanted a cosy corner where i could sit down and relax..watch tv / read magazines /drink tea and chat with my hubby or parents or peers.

Very sad to say, I dun hv a balcony and tis makes me super envy of those with balcony especially those huge ones! If i ever have a balcony i will make it very cosy lor.. I can imagine an afternoon unwinding to the sooth sound of some new age/classical music, even ballads does the trick too..

Due to the lack of space..I've decided to just make do with something different yet similar..contradicting rite? hahaha...

Let me explain.. Different as in cosy corners are usually those with raised platforms and spreaded with cushions, sit on the floor type rite?

My consolation for not being able to do up a cosy corner - Cafe Table & 2 Cafe Chairs.

Similar as in it stl provides the relaxed / sit down watch tv / drink tea and chat with my hubby or parents or peers purpose. Actually I just needed the sofa which i've oredi hv i know..but I LIKE LEH.

Now i feel like serving some fries & coke / coffee / tea with cookies man! Hahaha.. even some booze dosage! Well,you see the Naughty Boy Lamp on top of the TV console? It's a ROM cum HouseWarming gift given by some friends a year ago..costs SGD 80 plus eh..not those cheapo JapanHome one ok. The lamp shade really changes the entire feel man..

If you're talking about Star Factor / X Factor, either way I personally feel tt Shi Qian has got it more than Germaine.

Why Germaine?!?! I dun see her road to Stardom future..

One thing's for sure, it's usually the 1st runner-up who will succeed & be famous than the winner.

So happy.. will be getting this new toy in ard two weeks time.

The HP 2133 Mini Note PC

Not something expensive but it's stl something chio for now.

Most suitable for people like me. Know nuts about IT but just need one to surf, chat & watch videos or listen to music online. I think the one i'm getting is not that fast on processor but who cares rite? It's a small chio! (Not talking about myself hahaha.)

It's so elegant lor. I think the external is all made from Aluminium. Weighing at just 1.27kg..it's totally stress-free when carrying it around. (another reason why it's even more suitable for some one small sized like me!)

Hubby was stl thinking of wat to do with this new freebie (cos some starhub staff called us earlier to promote this new promotion for MaxOnline and asked if we wish to renew our contract.) I told him tat he oredi has a notebook.. why would he wan to own another notebook..so this new toy shld be given to me instead. hahaha! He said he will sell me at half price! Humph! So angry..i said, "Hello, I'm your wife stl need to buy from u one meh?!"

Anyway, went to Arab Street the other day. It was my first time there, the whole stretch of road are mainly occupied by textile shops & handmade accessories shops. I relli like those cloth they hv there..damn nice lo. Was actually thinking of buying some accessories to try my hands on doing my own earrings & necklaces. Maybe next time bah.

Mummy and Daddy went back to Perth yesterday morning. Uncle Keng came to our place to fetch us to the airport. We woke up at 7.30am, left home at 8am and took the car ride to the airport. While on the way, Mummy & I had a common agreement when we passed by the Singapore Flyer. There is absolutely nothing to see from Singapore Flyer now except the undergoing construction works for IR. We'll hop on only when the IR is beautifully ready I guess.

Their flight was at 11.50am and so we reached airport at around 8.30am for some breakfast. They boarded the flight and so Hubby & I went to take the city train back home but just as we were abt to reach Singapore Expo station, I suggested to drop by the Ikea / Courts / Giant Megastore at Tampines. Since I've not been there before and we hardly walk around the eastern part of SG plus it's a Sunday so might as well right?

When we reached Tampines station, we were lost! One would naturally assume that the megastores are within walking distance from the MRT but we hardly see anything near to what looks like it. The wiser thing at tat point was to open my mouth to ask around and so i approached the MRT control station. Found tat there's actually a free shuttle service from the MRT station to the megastores. Happy to see that the queue was rather short, meaning we should be able to get ourselves seated. Waited for like about 15mins or so for the bus and the bus ride from MRT station to the megastores took like about 10mins? or slightly longer.

We finally reached our destination but decided to give Giant a miss cos there's already a Giant near our place and we're not very keen to see groceries stuff. We thus proceed to Courts. Its like Ikea lor..except that they are more of electrical appliances. We headed straight to level 3 - Electrical & IT. Hubby has the intention of getting a new desktop lately.. I thk he's shortlisted a few but it's mainly HP or Acer. I got a feeling he'll settle for HP.

We didnt get anything from Courts in the end cos Hubby is a very careful consumer..unlike me. He's those who will see the stuff for many many times, go home think abt it carefully and do some research on it first before buying. I'm definitely a more rash person, if i like it i'll buy it no matter what.

Skipped Level 1 & 2 cos we figured there's nothing much to see since we're not aiming for any furnitures so we walked over to Ikea. I think the Ikea at Tampines is pretty much like the one at Alexandra except that there's more space to place their furnitures repeatedly. When we reached the Ikea megastore..the smell of food overpowered anything else..so we decided to take our lunch first since we're hungry.. took the Spagetti with Meatballs cos Ikea's Restuarant is famous for it. Hubby took Local Rice set which looks just like normal Chap Chye Rice but i seriously think it's YUMMY! In any case you're still reading and wondering why no photos yet. I didn't take any. Hahahaha...

After lunch we just walked around Ikea. If you're dating -> on the verge of 谈婚论嫁 -> nowhere to go for dates , Ikea is the place to go with your other half. Just shows that I had fun walking around Ikea with Hubby. Hee.. Soon it was time to head back home cos we're extremely tired after all the walking..took the shuttle bus to Bedok MRT. If we stl hv energy, I'll definitely take a bus to ECP from Bedok MRT man. Sad to say, we ran out of it cos we woke up too early and slept late on Saturday nite. Heng we got seated from Bedok all the way to Boon Lay man.. needless to say we slept all the way as well.

Guess it's the minor recharge on the train that we can stl walk around JP when we reached Boon Lay. We reached home only at abt 6plus and re-heated the dumplings in our fridge. MIL made them. We watched this movie while we ate the dumplings.

Dragon Wars

This movie not bad la.. but i dun recall seeing it in local theatres leh.. It's about some serpents trying to eat dragon ball which will turn them into dragons. Anyway, I am watching two other drama series now.

Well wanted something pinkish n flowery initially.. but decided to get this bluey one cos in case hubby ever wants to use this phone..It'll be awkward to let him use a pink one rite..in any case if he relli decided that he wun be using this phone..then i will change to another skin...A PINK FLOWERY ONE.

This was a gift from hubby..i think it was a part of my birthday present last year or something. Got it from Chomel. I love anything this material..is it called patent? I like black bags cos they basically match everything & anything.

1. Purplish Pink Umbrella
I always carry an umbrella around just in case of rainy days. My mum always carries a brolly with her too..so it's like a passed down..hahaha!

2. Fujifilm Z10fd Camera with Cherries
Leather Pouch
I got this camera recently from Mustafa Centre. Bought the cherries pouch separately from Takashimaya. The pouch fits the cam just nicely.

3. Blue Rabbit Pouch
This was a gift from a friend who got it from Japan. I use it to store my tissues packs and some cards & receipts. Some times my keys in it as well.

4. Rainbow Stripes Purse
This is my so called Money Purse. I keep my notes & coins in it. My EzLink/Student Pass & the main ATM cards too.

5. Black Notebook
It's a recent habit to carry a notebook out..just in case i needed paper to jolt down something. Otherwise, this notebook is actually for writing down of recipes from my mum.

6. ZA Special Case Compact Powder
I got this relli nice compact powder like 2 mths ago.. love the stick-ons and the powder suits my complexion quite well. Comes with 2 refills too..a total worth buy!

7. ZA Lip Gloss
I like Lip Gloss though Hubby said it looks like some 猪油. Just make the lips look full & glam.. haha!

8. Glitter-On-Me Perfume
I saw this at Watsons recently..tried the different scent and bought Pinkie Pink & Glitzy Gold. Its cheap n makes me smell nice and look glittery at the same time.

9. Blue Pen
I carry a pen to write on the notebook. *Duh*

10. Keys
I bring along a whole bunch of keys..I have keys to my house, my in-laws' place, letterbox & even my window grills' lock!

11. Samsung Ultra Music Edition Phone
I love my handphone..though i like clamshell phone more. This Music Edition phone (also known as Beyonce phone) looks classy & sophisticated. It doubles as my mp3 player at the same time. Comes with a super duper Classy Leather Case. I dun see people using this phone on the street though..not many.

12. Pink Bearie Pouch
I store my lady hygiene items in it. Just in case..

13. Plastic Bag
This is for wet umbrella.. I'm that Auntie! =p

Why MY Time? Cos I actually spent some time shopping alone in town yesterday and I Love It.

Not that i dun like shopping with pals but the freedom of going to places u want to go & doing what u want to do is more enjoyable.

Took Express 502 from my area at 2.30pm & reached Lucky Plaza at 3.20pm..relli express! Took less than an hour. Went to Far East Plaza and it was pouring..for awhile.

Had been thinking of getting myself more bottoms for work..so these are my latest possessions.

apparently the U lines at the back are to help make my legs look longer.

Got both the jeans & skirt from the same shop. Were given discount but stl a little ex!

It's my first visit there and i must say the food there's yummy. I ordered too much..couldn't finish them.

Caught this show recently.

It's actually a nice plot..Some might not like the way its being arranged..from each 8 pax point of view. I kind of like it cos despite the constant rewind, it's kind of like THE First & therefore fresh way of portraying its plot. Always find Mattew Fox quite good looking..haha. He died in the end. Anyhow, love this one. My 3.5 /5
